The Heisenberg Tee

Breaking Bad T-shirt: buy here on Ebay | Jacket: Tokyo Doll at New Look | Levis shorts: Ebay | Necklace: River Island | Beanie, boots & Hoody: H&M

Yep, that would be me hanging around an old wreck petrol station in rural France, as you do. But I'm pretty happy with how these photos turned out! I spotted this location a while ago and was intending to shoot here for ages and finally did- I think it's such a great backdrop with all the bright coloured signs and rusty old petrol tanks. Anyway, about the main piece of this outfit post- the Heisenberg t-shirt. Now, if you're as big a fan as me of Breaking Bad then you'll love this t-shirt just as much as I do. There are loads of other t shirt merchandise of the show on Ebay but I finally went for the classic sketch drawing of Walter White by the Salamanca twins. I decided to keep the look pretty casual so a hoody/jacket combo worked well along with my shorts, boots and some grey accessories. I think it'll work well for going out too with some boyfriend jeans, heels and a leather biker jacket.

Have you bought a Breaking Bad t-shirt lately?

Charity Shop Haul

Feels like a while since I last entered the blogisphere, I've been super busy lately and I won't bother going into details, it would need a whole blog post to itself. I have a post I'm pretty excited about today- a charity shop haul! I was over in Scotland (or soon to be republic of Scotland, who knows?) over my holidays and had the chance to pop into a few charity shops. I did not go into any actual fashion shops like Topshop/New Look etc, just charity shops and I found some preeetty amazing things...I personally think charity shop fashion is on the up. What do you think? Have a look at what I found and I'll let you judge for yourselves on that one...

To kick off this post, I had to put my best bargain of the lot first. These OFFICE babies to be exact. And the price tag for these leather suede booties you ask? £8.50 people, 8 pounds and 50 pence, with an RRP of £85. I feel very lucky to have got these-they will not be leaving my feet for a very, very, very long time.

I un-intentionally picked up these two items to find they went perfectly together! The earrings were £1.99 and the New Look bag/clutch was £4. I love the (faux) snakeskin design beside the gold chain...the perfect bag for going out.

I've never owned anything from Boohoo.com (shame on me!) until now. I finally do thanks to whoever dropped this off at the charity shop. It was a nice little sum of £3 for a dress that looks like it's worth way more. I love the gorgeous butterfly detailling which will look great with some sandles in the summer.

Aztec is still trending right now and this Primark (yes, Primark from a charity shop, how tacky of me) skater dress was only £2, I couldn't resist. I'll be wearing it with Converse, a denim jacket and my fedora in the summer.

I am a real sucker for anything leopard print...(except maybe a leopard print leotard, I'd draw the line at that), ANYWAY, these heels from New Look were £5. £5 high heels people, why you would you let an oppurtunity like that pass you by? They'll look great with a simple pair of jeans, a band tee and a slick of red lippy.

Pastels are everywhere this time of year so when I saw this H&M beauty I snapped it up straight away. It cost me a teeny weeny £3 and I am seriously in love with it (it's okay to fall in love with an item of clothing right?). It couldn't be any prettier, from the peter pan collar, to the pretty pearls and sheer material...it looks sweet enough to eat.

This Warehouse number was £4. It wasn't normally something I'd go for but after a little encouraging from my mum to try it on, I gave in and tried it...and it looks fantastic (well done Mum)! There's nothing better than the classic LBD as it can be worn anywhere, anytime. I like the pleating detail round the neck and arms which add an extra somethin'. I can see myself wearing it in years to come.

This Dorothy Perkins blouse was £2. It caught my eye straight away and I think it will look perfect with some denim high waisters in the summer time. I love the gold zip which adds a bit of edge to the girly floral pattern.

So, there you have it! I hope you all enjoyed this Charity shop haul. So next time you're looking for a new outfit for going out or some new essential pieces to add to your wardrobe, give your local charity shop a visit, have a rummage and be surprised at what goodies you may find. There's no need to be embarrassed either, as I know some people still get that way about second-hand clothes...but why spend loads when you can spend so little? This whole lot cost only £35.99 when the boots alone cost £85 originally. It's official, I love bargains, (if you hadn't noticed already).

Stay tuned for a 'Breaking Bad' themed fashion post!
